Yan grew up in Hong Kong, where massage and traditional Chinese medicine were a natural part of daily life.

His passion for learning has taken him across Asia—especially to Japan—where he immersed himself in the rich traditions of meditation, cultural practices, and philosophies that continue to influence his approach today.

Since moving to the UK in 2022, Yan has expanded his expertise by studying Western massage techniques and refining his skills to create a unique practice that blends East with West.

His treatments are designed not only to relieve physical tension, but also to restore balance and promote a deeper sense of calm.
